Dr. Ken Brassie

Dr. Ken Brassie has been a licensed chiropractor since 2002. He worked in a group practice for four years before moving to Granbury to start a family practice in 2005. By providing the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art procedures and technology , Dr. Brassie is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Brassie was born in Lafayette, Indiana and raised in Granbury, Texas and St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Missouri State with a B.S. in Sports Medicine and worked at St. John’s hospital for three years. He continued his education at Logan School of Chiropractic where he attained his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Ken Brassie believes that the Dysfunction of the nervous system and musculoskeletal system causes many of the pain sydromes experianced by people today. The body must be maintained like any machine to be capable of working at it optimum level. Chiropractic helps maintain the bodies function and how it reacts to the Physical, Emotional, and Chemical Stress in life.

Dr. Brassie loves to treat patients of all ages. He is well versed in several Chiropractic techniques including: Activator, Thompson, Diversified, Spinal Rehab and Decompression.

Whatever Dr. Brassie does, he is firm, positive, and enthusiastic in his approach. He believes in treating all of his patients like family, and you will feel comfortable with him from the first time you meet him.

In his free time Dr. Brassie enjoys outdoor sports, his children’s sporting events and spending time with his wonderful wife, Adina, and three children Justin, Garin and Austin.

Dr. Justin Brassie

Dr. Justin Brassie graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas in December of 2022. He received the honor of cum laude while graduating at the top of class while simultaneously staying active in many clubs on campus as well as being a leader of an on-campus club that helped other students refine their adjusting skills. Dr. Justin has now returned home to Granbury to join the family practice and provide care to his community with a holistic approach.

Dr. Justin was raised right here in Granbury, Texas and graduated from Granbury High School where he also competed in football, soccer, and track. He then attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he majored in biology and exercise physiology and was on the Dean’s List and Presidents Honor Roll.
Dr. Justin believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the right environment. This includes adjusting the spine to allow maximal range of motion while decreasing nerve interference for proper brain communication.

Dr. Justin specializes in patients of all ages and is excellent when it comes to adjusting the spine. His passion is a hands-on approach to adjusting called Diversified, but is also known to use Activator, Thompson, and soft tissue rehabilitation techniques as well.

Dr. Justin Believes that everyone who walks into the office should be treated like family and will all get his undivided attention and be provided with the best possible care.

Outside of the office Dr. Brassie enjoys golfing, spending time at the family ranch, and hanging out with his family.
